I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book, through Reading Deals, so I could give an honest review. Therefore, I’ve tried to be as honest as I can, and I truly believe that a review means a lot to the writer/author.
Evitable Destiny is a story about Julia and Chris. The story has all the elements of romance, suspense, thrills and family drama too!
The story starts with Chris keenly observing Julia, the step daughter of his arch rival in business, Kevin. The rivalry is not just business related, there is a personal reason. Kevin drove Chris’ mother to her death. Chris is a self made man, who has worked hard to reach the position where he is now. And every time he is fueled with the desire to bring down the business raised by Kevin. He manages to do most of the times.
The desire to get Julia for himself and to avenge his mother, he gets Julia kidnapped and then the story progresses with lots of emotional ups and downs. The story moves further when she starts falling in love with her abductor ( a little queery isn’t it?? 😒). It deepens when she is sneaked away from Chris too. And here she is asked to marry the man who has got her kidnapped. Man!! Are all the other gorgeous girls dead! You ask? 😋😋 Well that’s what happens when you’re beautiful and damn rich, I guess! 😉
With a good sprinkle of other characters, unexpected twists and turns and adorable protagonists (yeah at times they do drive you mad 😕 but still in one or the other way, they seem sweet lovers fighting for control).
This book takes you on a roller coaster ride. It has its own share of romance and sex scenes, the thrills and scares, the suspense and plots in the background that lead to the troubles faced by Julia.
Somewhere down the pages, one may feel a little annoyed at the sudden slow pace. But if you feel so, don’t fall back, the story does go well ahead. Keep reading consistently, and you may enjoy it as well, only if you are fine with romance!
My rating: 🌟🌟🌟⚫👋 (Yeah that means 3.5!!😎😎)
